By accessing or using our website, booking system, WhatsApp communication channels, or any of our transportation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our services.
1. Services Provided
Indlovu Transfers and Tours offers:
- Executive transportation
- Chauffeur-driven transfers
- Airport transfers
- Full-day and half-day tours
- Personalised and custom travel itineraries
We reserve the right to refuse service to any person for safety, legal, or operational reasons.
2. Booking Requirements
By placing a booking with us, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old.
- The information you provide is accurate.
- You have the authority to make the booking.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Communication & WhatsApp Automated Messages
By using our services, you consent to receiving:
- Booking confirmations
- Trip reminders
- Driver assignment notifications
- Operational updates
- Customer support responses
via email and WhatsApp, including automated notifications sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
3.1 Notification-only Number
Messages sent from our automated WhatsApp notification number may be one-way.

4. Driver Allocation
Drivers are assigned based on:
- Availability
- Route requirements
- Operational efficiency
- Vehicle suitability
Driver and vehicle details will be sent once your booking has been confirmed.
We reserve the right to substitute drivers or vehicles where operationally necessary.
5. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
- Be available and on time for scheduled pickups.
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect.
- Comply with all applicable laws and safety requirements.
- Notify us promptly of delays or booking changes.
Smoking, illegal substances, abusive behaviour, or actions that endanger the driver or other passengers may result in immediate termination of the service without refund.
6. Pricing, Payments & Fees
Pricing may vary depending on:
- Distance travelled
- Time-based bookings
- Peak periods
- Waiting time
- Additional stops
- Cleaning fees
- Special requests
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before the commencement of the service.
Failure to pay may result in cancellation without refund.
7. Cancellations, Changes & Refunds
7.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled trip: Full refund.
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund.
- No-show: No refund.
7.2 Company-Initiated Cancellations
We may cancel a booking due to:
- Safety concerns
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Driver unavailability
- Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Where possible, we will offer either:
- A full refund; or
- Rebooking at no additional cost.
8. Liability & Limitations
Indlovu Transfers and Tours is not responsible for:
- Flight delays
- Traffic congestion
- Weather-related delays
- Items left behind in vehicles
- Indirect or consequential losses
Our liability is limited to the transportation service booked.
We maintain high standards of safety and professionalism; however, passengers travel at their own risk to the extent permitted under South African law.
9. Use of Personal Information
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes the use of the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) to deliver automated booking notifications.
We do not sell or trade customer information.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Damage or misuse our vehicles.
- Harass or threaten our drivers or staff.
- Use our services for unlawful purposes.
- Attempt to interfere with or misuse our booking systems or website.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated versions become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
